Delta Vein Care

Leg vein disorders can impact how we feel and, most significantly: harm our long-term health.

PHLEBECTOMY

A phlebectomy is a procedure in which we remove varicose veins through small incisions. The incisions do not require stitches; we use small bandages instead.

SCLEROTHERAPY

Sclerotherapy Icon

Sclerotherapy treats the appearance of varicose and spider veins. During sclerotherapy, we inject a chemical solution directly into the varicose or spider vein. The injection causes the vein walls to swell, stick together, and seal shut, preventing blood flow. The vein then fades within a few weeks.

RADIOFREQUENCY ABLATION

Radiofrequency ablation eliminates varicose veins through radiofrequency energy, which we insert through a small incision in the vein. This technique effectively heats and damages the vein wall, closing the varicose vein.

delta vein care

We treat varicose veins and several other vein diseases at our clinic. In December of 2018, we acquired Dr. Larry Barr's Delta Vein Care, and, since that time, we have continued Dr. Barr's tradition of providing the area’s only in-office vein treatment. In 2019, we welcomed Lindsey McCready to Delta Vein Care.

Lindsey said she is passionate about her work because she recognizes the potential to change lives. "It is the therapeutic vein work that is most rewarding. We can change a person's gait, shoe size (reduce swelling), sleep schedule (eliminate painful cramping and restless legs), and overall quality of life."
